Exclusions

  • Admission to exhibits
  • Children under the age of 5 or less than XX pounds are required to be in a car seat by NYC law. You will be required to bring your own child age-appropriate car seat.Entry is not permitted without a car seat
  • Tip for your driver is not included and very much appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required upon booking

  • Within 24 hours of tour or same day: No refunds, however we’re willing to work with you if you rebook.
  • 72 hours or more before tour: Full refund
  • 48 hours before tour: Receive 20% refund or apply your full fare to a future booking.
